Please bring your dental insurance card, if applicable, along with your dental plan details. It is also important to have with you your complete list of medication, if applicable.

Yes, dental insurance benefits are used to help our patients cover some or all of the cost associated with their dental care. We want to remind you that insurance coverage varies depending on the agreement signed between the insurance company and your employer. Take the time to inform yourself about your coverage and the maximum amount allocated per year. All dental fees must be paid in full at the time of treatment. For your convenience, our experienced team of professionals will complete your insurance forms and send them electronically to your insurance company, so you can get your reimbursement as soon as possible. Our fees are based on the guide of the Association des chirugiens dentistes du Québec (ACDQ), so please be aware that we cannot adjust the prices of any of our services.
